How to get added to our mailing list.
Only active retail
pharmacies that are independently owned and operated are eligible to
receive discounts through INCENTIVE's Prebate Check Program.
Pharmacies on our Prebate mailing list automatically receive Prebate check
discounts for Rx and OTC products offered by manufacturers. Other
restrictions may apply and are at the discretion of the
manufacturer depending upon the individual program.
In order to verify your business information for our mailed Prebate
Check programs,

More Checks On A Current Program
Some manufacturers allow additional discount checks to be issued per
retailer on a particular promotion. If additional checks are
allowed on the promotion, a note is shown with the specific program
information. Call 1-866-724-2666 to request additional
checks, if allowed.
How
Does The Prebate Check Program Work
INCENTIVE Marketing Plus maintains a current list of all independently
owned retail pharmacies in the United States. Manufacturers of Rx
and OTC products work with us to provide discounts to these pharmacies
in the form of "Prebate Checks" which are mailed to the
pharmacy as a promotion begins.
Pharmacies simply:
1. Review the product offers and decide if they want
to take advantage of the discount.
2. Indicate their wholesale supplier's name and
account number on the face of the check.
3. Cash the Prebate check(s).
You have received your discount immediately.
4. INCENTIVE will place your product order to your
supplier for you. Your product will be shipped and you
will be billed from your regular wholesaler as normal.

Where Do I Send My Invoices ?
Retailers who have questions concerning participation in a rebate
promotion shown should call INCENTIVE's Customer Service Center
at 1-866-724-2666. All rebates submissions should be
mailed to the address below with the required documentation and
proof-of-purchase.
Generally, rebate programs have a 4-6 week turnaround for rebate
disbursement. Please allow ample time for processing of your
rebate check.
